Unit has not been tested because I don’t know how to use it, so it is being sold as is for parts, repair, restoration or display only. I wouldn’t be surprised if it worked. Lightly to moderately dirty and dusty throughout and could use a light cleaning. Light to moderate surface scratching, scuffing and wear throughout from age and use. I believe the unit is complete with all of its parts, but please inspect the pictures carefully to be sure. See pictures for a better idea of completeness and condition.
