    Antique 1844 James Gardner’s Patent Lee Mass. Cast Iron Name Plate 8.5” X 2”
    Please see pictures for details! James Gardner applied for a patent for his water wheel in South Lee, Berkshire County, Massachusetts on July 16, 1844. This was probably placed near the Eagle Mill water wheel at the time. The Eagle Mill area is currently being restored and developed.
